This is a mini album that I've created using Clear Scraps latest goodies, the minis! I've used two pieces each from various minis and put them together to create a mini album. Don't you think this is fun!! I've created this mini album to showcase photographs of the amazing flowers which I've captured during my visit to the Palace Garden at Versailles, France.

Here are the steps:

Covers:

1) For the front and back covers, I've used the "Embossing on Acrylics" technique and added some alcohol ink on it. I've also used some black acrylic paint to paint it's edges.

2) I've also added some liquid pearls and Stickles all over it for details.

3) For the front cover, I've added a butterfly and an epoxy sticker for the title of the mini album.

4) For the back of the front cover, add a flower and a die cut swirl which had been inked with distress ink. Dress up the flower with crystal and Stickles.

Page 1 and 2:

1) One page 1, add a small strip of pattern paper vertically on the right of the page. Ink it's edges with distress ink first.

2) Use a white gel pen to draw a frame on your photograph and paste it onto the middle of the page.

3) Add a strip of rub-on horizontally across the page.

4) Stamp some flourishes on it's lower right using black solvent ink and dress it up with some liquid pearls.

5) For page 2, I've printed a quote on a vellum and mat it with a pattern paper which I've inked it's edges with distress ink. Paste it in the middle of the page.

6) Stamp some flourishes using black solvent ink on the upper right of the page. Add some liquid pearls to dress it up.

7) Add a flower on the left of the page with crystal and Stickles in the middle of it.

Page 3 and 4:

1) Paint some green acrylic paint on the edges of page 3.

2) Use a white gel pen to draw a frame on the photograph and paste it to the page. Use the same white gel pen to doodle some stitches around the photograph.

3) Stamp some flourishes on it using black solvent ink and add some liquid pearls to it for details.

4) For page 4, I've printed a quote on a vellum and mat it with a pattern paper which I've inked it's edges with distress ink. Paste it to the page.

5) Stamp some flourishes on this page using black solvent ink and add some liquid pearls dots to it. I've also stamped a bird image on a white card stock using black solvent ink and cut it out. Then, ink it's edges with distress ink and add a dot of Stickles for the eye. Paste it to the page.

Page 5 and 6:

1) Add a strip of Clear Tape vertically and a strip of pattern paper horizontally on page 5. Use a white gel pen to highlight various areas of the Clear Tape.

2) Use the white gel pen to draw a frame on the photograph and paste it to the page. Doodle some stitches around the photograph using a black pen.

3) Add a flower on the right of the page. Use a crystal and some Stickles to dress it up.

4) For page 6, simply just use a white gel pen to draw a frame on the photograph and paste it on the page. Use the same white pen to doodle some stitches around the photograph.

5) Use a black pen to doodle some dots horizontally across the page.

Page 7 and 8:

1) Use a red acrylic paint and a flower stamp to stamp randomly on page 7. Then use a white pen and liquid pearls to dress up the stamped images.

2) Use some paint markers to highlight the edges of this page.

3) Draw a frame on the photograph using a white gel pen and paste it to the page. Use the same white pen to doodle some stitches around the photograph.

4) Stamp a butterfly using black solvent ink on transparency and cut it out. Highlight part of it using a white gel pen and liquid pearls. Fold up the wings and paste it to the page. Add two crystals to it for some bling.

5) For page 8, print a quote on vellum and mat it with a pattern paper which had been inked with distress ink. Paste it to the page and use a white gel pen to doodle some stitches on it.

I've had such a blast playing with some embossing and other fun techniques on this mini album. I bet you all will love to create using these minis too!
