This month I'm sharing with you a layout using gorgeous pattern papers by Quick Quotes and beautiful crystal flourishes by ZVA Creative.

My favorite products from ZVA Creative will always have to be its crystal flourishes. It is so easy to use and add that special touch to all my projects.

To decorate this layout, I've also used tons of pretty flowers by Petaloo. The burlap textures work perfectly here.

I've also used a couple of mascils by Clear Scraps to create the bubbles and the title of this layout.

Smoochable Sweetness

This is a very old layout featuring BoBunny's old "Smoochable" collection. Love the sweet colors in this collection.

Here are some details.

On this layout, I've also used an acrylic scallop frame and circle by Clear Scraps.

In the close-up above, I've used a Dusty Attic chipboard and painted it white.

Even though the colors on this layout are not my usual combination but I've had so much fun with it and it makes me so happy even just looking at it.

Teacher's Day Pencil Holder and Container

These are some altered gifts which I've created using some recycled tin and container with BoBunny's "Our Lil' Monster" collection.

Take a look at these cute monsters below. They will instantly cheer up any simple altered gifts.

These are some gifts which I've created for some teachers in Chloe's school. These colorful containers will be perfect on the teacher's table. Hope you all like it.

My Girl

This is another very old layout featuring Clear Scraps. I've used an acrylic butterfly and an XL acrylic piece to create this layout.

I've covered the butterfly with overlay first. Then, I've stamped on it using glue before I sprinkled some glitter on it.

I've masked some flowers on the background using white acrylic paint.

I Love My Dog Misc Me

After a number of request via emails, I've decided to share a very simple step by step tutorial on how I normally create my Misc Me pages.

Today's Misc Me pages is a treat for all of you who love and miss Hiro pictures here on my blog. It features Hiro's puppy pictures and BoBunny's Happy Tails collection. This collection is a perfect match for all dogs and cats lovers.

I've decided to document some pictures of Hiro growing up since I first got him at about 8 weeks old.

And here are some details.

So are you ready for this simple tutorial? Let's go.

Step 1

Choose the pocket design for your pages. There are many designs to choose from BoBunny's 12 x 12 Misc Me Page Protector Variety Pack. (Note: When choosing the design, do take into consideration the number of photographs and their sizes that you wish to display on this two pages.)

Step 2

Plan out the layout of this two pages by temporarily placing your photographs and your chosen journal pieces on top of the pockets. I love to use BoBunny's beautiful journal packs and journal box set for my journal pieces. (Note: Make sure the pages look cohesive and you are satisfied with the color combination at this step.)

Step 3

Plan on your layering for each pocket. I normally use the coordinating Noteworthy packs and the 6 x 6 paper pad for this step.

Step 4

When you are done with all the planning, it's time to start working on each pocket individually. First I adhere the layering for each pocket. At this step, I will do some stamping on some of the pockets to add details to them.

Step 5

Then, I will use gel pens to add more details to each pocket. At this stage, you could also use some washi tapes to add colors to them.

Step 6

Add some hand stitching to some of the pocket pages. This will normally be my last step before I insert my photographs or journal pieces into the clear pockets.

Step 7

Add dimensional embellishment on top of the clear pockets. I normally add chipboard pieces, flowers, jewels brads, buttons, ribbons or trinkets.

And there you have it! Isn't it simple? Next time, when you are at a lost on Misc Me pages, why not try following this simple 7 steps. You will find it so much easier and faster in getting your pages done. Happy scrapping!

His Dream

This is a very old layout which I've created long time ago. This layout features tons of acrylic products by Clear Scraps.

First of all, this layout is created using an acrylic 12 x 12 sheet as its base. Therefore, it is kind of see-through on some areas of this layout.

Secondly, I've used an acrylic expression "Dream" as part of the title of this layout. I've inked it with alcohol ink.

Finally, I've used some acrylic flowers to layer underneath the paper flowers. I've embossed and colored them using markers and Stickles.

Have you tried any of these products? They are so much fun and adds an interesting element to your projects.

Be The Best Version Of You

This is a layout created using last month's Swirlydoos kit and some Clear Scraps mascils.

In the picture below, I've used Clear Scraps flower mascil and mixer to add details to the background.

I've colored this butterfly using the Kaiserfusion markers. Love them.
