Altered Circle Shaker

Hi friends! I can't believe that it's already time for me to post another project to share with you all. Time really flies! Today, I would like to share a fun project that you can create to decor your home with.

Do you know that Clear Scraps carries tons of bare shakers that you can alter and personalize to your taste. For today's project, I've chose to use their circle shaker.

I've first painted the edges of the shaker with some black acrylic paint. to add more colors to it, I've used some pattern papers to decorate the inside of the circle and cut out some flower images to decorate it.

I've used a chipboard expression by Clear Scraps and painted it black. To add some sparkle to it, I've used some distress stickles and some gold foil transfers.

I've added some crackle accents on top of the cut out flowers and some stickles for more textures.

Hope you all like today's project. See you all again soon!

Pink Birthday Cards

Morning everyone! It's another great Friday morning here and for today's post, I would like to share with you all some simple birthday cards which I've created using some pattern papers by BoBunny.

These cards are really fast and easy to create. The tedious part would be to fussy cut some cherry blossoms out of the pattern paper to decorate them.
To add some dimensional details to it, I've used some dimensional pearlescent by BoBunny and some jewels.

I use some gold foil transfers to create the word "Happy Birthday" on one of the cards.

I hope you all find today's project simple enough and try creating some. Have a great weekend ahead and see you all again soon!

Home Blessed Word Frame Decor

Good morning! Today's project is a little different. It is a home decor created using Clear Scraps "Home" word frame. I love how you could personalize these word frame to suit your home.

Below are some details on how I've altered it.

I've first used some pattern papers to cover the background of this frame. Then, I've used some permanent markers to highlight the edges of the alphabets and shapes. To add some textures to it, I've used Clear Scraps flourish mascil and some white gesso to add some flourishes details on it. For more fine details, I've used some dimensional red gel pen to add dots to it.

For the word "blessed", I used Clear Scraps "blessed" chipboard word title and painted it with some white acrylic paint.

I hope to add more colors to this layout, therefore, I've used some gorgeous blooms by Petaloo to decorate this word frame. Together with the lace and twine, this creates a softer look to this frame.

This is such a fun and challenging project for me to create. Hope you all find it interesting and try creating one too! See you all again next week!

Mother's Day Card

Morning everyone! Mother's Day is just round the corner and  for today's post, I would like to share a card which I've created using tons of products by Graphic 45 and Petaloo.

This is a very simple card. I've used a pink cardstock as the base for this card and later layer it with some pattern papers and cut-outs.

I decorate it with some jewels for some sparkle. Besides that, I've also use some flowers by Petaloo to create the cluster on the lower left of the card.

Have you started your project for this Mother's Day? If not, why not try creating a fast and simple card. Thank you so much for dropping by today. I hope you all got your daily boost of inspiration by visiting my blog.
