Hello friends! Time just flies by and it's another Friday. This time, I would like to share a mixed media layout with you all. It is a layout where I tried to have a little more fun in the placement of the subjects.
Below are more close-ups on this layout.
Besides inks and paints, I also used a ton of other medium such as gesso, crackle paste and dimensional paste. For more interesting textures and elements, I added some metal embellishments, lace, trims, twine and chipboard.
To make sure all the separate pieces blend together, I use a brush and some inks to paint all over the layout.
The flowers and butterflies were also painted using some pearlescent paints.
