There is just too much to oversee and take care of. I'm in doubt that whether I could handle all that by myself.
Below are some of the close-ups of this therapy scrapping page. I won't be sharing the how-tos as it is simply an expression of my feelings and thoughts during at that moment.
Does any of you has a therapy scrapping journal? Try creating one when you need someone to talk to, to listen, to answer or even if you have a wish.

This is an awesome idea....I may have to do one myself. I so enjoy creating and should do something for therapy....just to create....without strings. Thank you for the inspiration!
I have one...It's actually most about my children and my struggles with motherhood. I use a hardback book and then I alter the pages and paint, make collages, use photos of my children, journal. It's relaxing type of thing. :)

What a gorgeous journal Irene and what a greast idea!! I think we all need one of those at times!!!
Your journal is quite beautiful. Writing out your emotions and thoughts is healing. Remember that if a challenge comes your way somewhere deep inside of you there is the strength to meet it.
This is so creative and stunning, love the idea behind it,well I should do one,you have inspired me.
This is absolutely stunning. I don't have a therapy scrap journal, but I do tend to do some Book of Me pages about rough times when I need to get the feelings out. While all of those layouts are hidden in a drawer right now, maybe one day I will share them with the people close to me. But not yet.
I am about to start a journal scrapbook myself, but I haven't decided what size to work with. I only scrapbook using 12 x 12. Is your journal 12 x 12?
Hi Marsha,
My journal is about the size of 6x6. You could have your journal in any size you want. Have fun.
