This is a card which I've created sometime ago using Clear Scraps Deco Send It Clear Card. I've also used an acrylic Fleu-d-lis on it.

Today I would like to share with you all the final part of the "Special Treat" storyline ATCs. I've used Clear Scraps acrylic ATC and some chippies by Dusty Attic on this ATC.
