In Love

This is my first DT project using Swirlydoos March's kit, "Butterfly Whispers". It's a kit that is jam packed with gorgeous Prima papers and specialty papers by SEI and Creative Imaginations.

Here are the details.

I've stamped the die-cut paper (white dots) with some mosaic stamps using various distress inks and detail it with Stickles.
I've hand stitched the sides of the layout to create a frame look to it.

I've inked a die-cut fourish with some distress ink and add it to the left of the layout. Dress it up with some Stickles.

Add some flowers to the flourish and use the "Freshen Up your Flowers" technique on them.

Cover the chipboard "Love" with glossy accents after inking it's edges with distress ink.
Cut out some butterflies from the pattern paper and ink their edges with distress ink. Fold up it's wings before attaching it to the layout.

I've added doplets of glossy accents and liquid pearls all over the layout to create the "magical" look to it.

On the upper right of the layout, add a strip of pattern paper with a strip of lace on it. Detail it with a flower.

Hope you like this layout and keep checking back for more layouts from me using this kit. Have a great weekend ahead.
