A Treat

This layout is created using Swirlydoos "Cabaret" kit. I've also used some stamps by Stamp Enjoy on this layout.

Here are some details on it.

Mom Knows Best

This is a DT layout for Bo Bunny where we were asked to include some tags on our layouts. I've used the beautiful and bright Vicki B line! My design to cope with this assignment is to use some huge tags to mat the photographs.

Here are some close-ups on it.

This flower is easily cut out and created using the Vicki B pattern paper.

Hope you like this layout and challenge yourself and use some tags on your next layout. Here are some ideas to get you going. Tags to create background? Tags to form a flower? Tags as journaling space? Tags to create a unique embellishment? Tags for layering?....have a blast!

Thank you so much for watching my first video tutorial in my last post. All your compliments meant a lot to me as it gives me a boost of confidence in video making. I'll definitely try to create more videos in future! Keep an eye for them!

The Distance You've Walk

Today I would like to share the above layout which I've had tons of embossing, inking and stamping fun! This is a layout which I've used some gorgeous and amazing stamps by Stamp Enjoy!

Here are some close-ups on it.

I've stamped on various pattern papers using solvent ink and distress ink. I've cut them out to create this layering effect.

I've used the multi-layer masking technique in the close-up above.

I've used a background stamp to stamp on a black cardstock and heat embossed it with some silver embossing powder.

I really hope after reading this post, you all would want to start having some stamping fun on your own! Have fun!

What Is Shimmerz?

Recently, I've decided to join the Education Team at Shimmerz Paints. Some of you had asked me, what are the products they carry? And how to use them?

This company started with bottles of Shimmerz!

Shimmerz are not like your regular acrylic paint nor pearlescent paint. They are highly iridescent waterbased paint. They are non toxic, quick drying and will stick to nearly any surface.

Then they have, Blingz and Pearlz. These also comes in jars liked Shimmerz but they are very different.

Blingz are like Shimmerz but their sparkles are more intense and thicker in consistency. Pearlz on the other end, are pearlescent waterbased paints that are more opaque than Shimmerz or Blingz.

Besides all these jars of paints, Shimmerz Paints also has it's series of fun bottles of misting paints. First of all, you have the Spritz.

Look at all those yummy colours! These Spritz will give you hours and hours of colourful misting fun!

Besides Spritz, Shimmez Paints also carried the Vibez! What is the differences of Vibez as compared to Spritz? Vibez are highly iridescent spritzed on paints that are more vibrant. Their deep colors are more intense as compared to Spritz.

And now to introduce Shimmerz Paints latest fun releases! The Coloringz and Shimmeringz!
This is such a fun new release! Coloringz are created with crayons in mind. They are highly pigmented spray paints that are flat when dry. It does what it is named which is coloring! Adding tons of colors to your projects would be so easy with this product!

Then, you have what I called the "must have"! The Shimmeringz!!

I can't tell you how excited I am when I saw these on their site! These are non-pigmented highly iridescent spritz that can be used on their own or with any of the products above. It is a medium that you could use to add that extra shimmer look to your projects! Want a metal look such as bronze, silver, gold, or a pearl look? Shimmeringz is the one to go for! It comes in five amazing different shimmerz!

Now you've got your answers! I'll be doing some video tutorials soon using some of these amazing and fun filled products by Shimmerz Paints! Keep an eye for them and let me show you the way to the world of shimmerz and paints!

Dental Check Up Time!

This week, my hubby able to capture a picture of Hiro where we could use it to check if he has any dental problems....LOL! Well this picture was captured by luck but I think it's an awesome shot for us to take a good look on his teeth and gums. This is much easier than for us to pull open his mouth by hands...lol! Maybe you all should try this trick with your dogs to save some fighting time.

Thank you so much for those of you who had shared all those amazing and fun interpretations on Hiro's picture last week! I've really enjoyed reading them!

As most of you might have known, I've just joined the Shimmerz Education team. Some of you had asked me to post some information on their products. So, if you're curious and want to know more about their products, check back for tomorrow's post!

You're My Sweet Pea

Today, I would like to share with you all this layout which I've created sometime ago. This is a DT layout for Clear Scraps. I've used an acrylic scallop XL shape from Clear Scraps to create this layout. I've used the Garden Variety line by Cosmo Cricket.

Here are some close-ups.

This paper line is really cute!!

I've used a template to mask the flowers on the upper left of this layout. On the scallops, I've used a green paint marker to outline it and later used Viva Decor pearl pen to create red dots on it.

I've used some butterfly stamps by Unity Stamp to create the butterflies.

Hope you all like this cute and fun layout!
