Yesterday ATC

Here's another sample from me using the "key" stamp set from QKD March Get inked! Kit. It is another acrylic ATC from Clear Scraps that I've been having so much fun playing with.

Here are the steps to create this ATC.

1) Use an acrylic ATC as the base. Run the acrylic ATC through an embossing machine. I've used a Cuttlebug to emboss my ATC above.

2) Ink the acrylic ATC with some alcohol ink (Cranberry, Espresso, Butterscotch). Do not ink the whole of the ATC. Leave some clear space on it's left.

3) Use a black solvent ink pad to dab on the embossed image and use the "words" stamp and some brown solvent ink to stamp on it's left.

4) Add a fabric to it using some brads on it's lower left. Print a vintage image from the computer and cut it out. Ink it's edges with distress ink and add it to the ATC. Dress it up with some Stickles and liquid pearls. I've added some glittered flowers to it too.

5) Stamp the "vintage key hole" image using black solvent ink onto a white card stock. Ink all over it with some distress ink (scattered straw, peeled paint, vintage photo, brushed corduroy). Detail it with some Stickles and a crystal. Add it to the ATC using foam adhesive.

Hope this sample would give you all more ideas on using this set of stamps. If you want to have a chance to win a set of the "keys" stamps or simply want to get hold of QKD March Get Inked! kit, simply scroll down to read more details. I'll be sharing another sample on using this stamp soon and keep an eye for more information of my workshop this April.
