I just thought I should share this tip too after sharing the "Embossing on Acrylics" technique. This tip would allow you to create a frosted acrylic look on your acrylic projects.The steps are very simple. First, you run your acrylic through an embossing tool and get it embossed. Then use a sanding block or some sand paper to sand the reverse side of the embossed side. You could actually do it on either side but not on both side. To get a smoother sanding, you need a finer sand paper but if it's too fine, it might take a little while to get the effect you want.
I know that most of you must be thinking, is she crazy???...lol! Well, being crazy is part of my way of having fun in the process of creating. Try it!!

Irene - this is a great trick - could you use alcohol inks on the frosted part after or something else?

You could alcohol inked it if you want. I left mine just liked this to have that white frosted look on it.
