This is a very easy technique. Simply stamp the same image using various shades of distress ink on a same piece of card stock. Then, stamp the same image again for the last time using a dark colour solvent ink on it. Ink the edges of the card stock with distress ink to further blend part of the stamped images onto the background. This will create a "distance effect" on your stamped piece. Try it!
