Miracle?

I think most of you had been wondering what happened to me as I've not posted for a week already. Well, I had some very stressful few days. Therefore, I've taken this chance to scrap the feeling that I've been having for these few days. As from the layout, you all would have guessed that it has something to do with Chloe.
She had just made a miracle come back after we're on the edge of loosing her last week. That's why I've named the layout "Miracle?". The reason I chose this light and soft colours is to reflect my feelings now as I'm all calm and peaceful after a miracle had happened to my little girl.
I've heat embossed the huge circle with some silver embossing powders. As for the background, I've done some light masking to add some depth to it. All the swirls and circle are hand cut.
To add some dimensions and texture to the page, I've added a huge flower and layer in the center with a white cardstock. To add some bling to it, I've used some sequins. I've also soften the page using some felt circles which I've hand cut and some sheer ribbons too.
Since I've used such light colours throughout the page, I have to add some spice to it by using more blings. I've added some crystals, pearl and even a temporary body tattoo to it. Everything on the photograph are all hand doodled.
As for the tag, it's actually a normal metal edge tag with a vellum center that you could get at any scrapping stores but to add some colours and pattern to it, I've attached a piece of pattern paper from the back of the tag. The layer of vellum on top helped to filter the colours on the pattern paper to give a softer effect.
I've painted some chipboard letters for the title and added a rhinestone for the "i".
This had been a great therapeutic layout for me. I'm so thankful to all my friends that had helped me to pray and have us in their thoughts during these difficult times.

Irene, how beautiful!! Know what I really like about this one? I like how much pink you have added to this! I really like how this has a light hearted feel with the lighter colors, gives it a lighter more airy feel; if that makes sense? LOL. I LOVE the flower, just beautiful and the lacing over the circle to the tag. The details, as always, are just awesome! I certainly can feel the love in all of your masterpeices! But I know this one is EXTRA special... makes me want to just scoop Chloe right up and lay a big ole smoochie on her! mwah! very lovely my dear! both the lo, you and chloe! :O) Nina
