This is an ATC that I've created for a friend sometime ago. It's also a DT project for Clear Scraps. Do you like the artsy background of this ATC? It actually very easy to create this kind of background. Simply just follow the steps below.
Steps:
1) You will need a piece of acrylic ATC and a few bottles of alcohol inks. You will also need a bottle of blending solution.
2) Randomly apply some alcohol ink onto the acrylic ATC. You can add as many colours as you want on it till you get the design and colours you want. Create a more artsy look by tilting the acrylic ATC when the alcohol inks are still wet.
3) To create some blending among the colours, add a few drops of blending solution onto the alcohol inked surface and tilt it again.
4) Let it dry. You will know have an artsy alcohol inked background to create on.
Tip: To stamp on this alcohol inked acrylic ATC, you have to turn the alcohol inked surface over and use the non alcohol inked surface to stamp on.
Hope you all like today's easy and fun little tutorial. Try it!
