"Chloe" Banner

Remember this banner that I've shared before I leave for the states? Today, I'll be sharing it in detail here. This is a banner that I've created using Clear Scraps new acrylic "Birthday Banner". Eventhough it's a birthday banner, I did not create this project as a birthday themed banner. It is just a banner that I've created to decorate Chloe's bed frame. Isn;t this cute for a little girls room?

Here are the details.

To create this pieces, simply just cover the acrylic with pattern paper from it's back. Before attaching the pattern paper, hand stitched on all it's edges. Cover some chipboard flowers with pattern papers and stack them up as above. Dress them up with liquid pearls, button and flower. I've also added a strip of lace on it.
Cover the acrylic star with pattern paper from it's back. Hand stitch around it edges before attaching it to the acrylic star. Cut out some flourishes from pattern papers and attach them to the star. Also cut out some circles using decor scissors from cardstock and pattern paper and stack them together and add the alphas on top of it. Detail the rest of the star with rub-ons, liquid pearls, buttons, rhinestones, stickers and lace flowers.
To create the above pieces, first you need to cut out a strip of pattern paper and hand stitch on it's upper and bottom edge. Attach it to the middle of the piece from it's back. Ink the edges of a paper doiley with distress ink and attach it to the piece from it's back too. Stamps some flowers on it using solvent ink and dress them up with liquid pearls and Copic markers. Also add some sticker butterflies on it. I've apply some words felt stickers on cardstock and cut them out. Add it to the piece with some foam adhesives and detail it with flower and heart sticker. Lastly, add a chipboard alpha in the middle of it. Highlight the edges of this piece with some paint markers.
Firstly, highlight the edges of this acrylic cupcake piece with some paint markers. Then stamp on it's surface with some flowers stamps and solvent ink. Dress it up with some liquid pearls. Then cut out a few layers of circles from various pattern papers and cardstock. Hand stitch around the edges of the pink circles. Adhere the biggest circle to it from it's back and the rest on top of it. Apply some rub-ons to the smallest circle and add a chipboard alpha to it. Attach a strip of ribbon to a strip of pattern paper on one of it's side edges. Later, fold the pattern paper to get the zig-zag flap. Before attaching this piece onto the acrylic cupcake, adhere a strip of lace on it first. When the zig-zag folds had been attached, tie a ribbon around the cupcake and also add a string of pearls on it. Detail it further with some stickers of a tiara, butterfly and hearts. Also add some small flowers to it.

Hope you all like this banner and start creating some acrylic banners for your cute little ones. They are going to love it!
