This a Christmas Tree card That I've made. The idea of making this card had been inspired by my friend, Linda and the original designer of this idea is Sandi Genovese. This is a 3 dimensional card which can be fold flat for mailing purposes.The fun part of creating this card is you could totally embellished it with anything you want. On my card, I've made some pearl ornaments and use some small wooden Christmas embellishment to decorate it.
To soften the look, I've tied some ribbons on it and add a felt snowman embellishment to it too.
The green paper that I've used for the triangle tree is a velvet green paper. I've done some dry embossing to it and add some crafting foam dots, decorative stars and sequins to it.
As for the swirl, I've stamped and inked the edges. I've also written my messages on it.
For the top of the tree, I've make a small cone out of card stock and then attached a star on both side of it.
This is such a fun card to make and I bet any recipient would be amazed with the design.
