Acrylic ATC with Shimmerz *Video Tutorial
Ready for my video tutorial for this month? This month's video tutorial will teach you how to create a fast and easy ATC with Shimmerz Paints and Clear Scraps acrylic ATC. I've also used some Dusty Attic chippies on it. Here's how the finished ATC.
