Printing with Corrugated Paper.

This is a technique I've used in my latest layout. I've used a corrugated paper and some white paint to do the printing. I've print it both directions to create this checker design. This is a very easy technique. Try it!

Explore Fairy Tag

This is another of my experiment with transparency tag to share. I've stamped the background with some solvent ink. The stamped flourishes and feathers had been heat embossed with some gold embossing powders on black card stock and later cut it out. Part of the image had been glittered in red.

Isn't it cool how a transparency could make a tag look so different and floating! I just love the effect. This would temporarily be my last fairy tag to share. But I promise you that there will be more to come but I just need to get on other projects at the moment. Perhaps another layout. What do you all think?

Share Fairy Tag

This is just another of my experiment tag. I've used a pre-printed transparency to create this tag. In the background, I've stamped on a pattern paper and cut it out. I've also added some glitters on the image and seal it using some liquid accents.

The interesting part about this tag is that I've used the
"Create your own Dimensional Butterflies" technique to give this tag lots of dimensions and interesting details. Hope you all like it!

Create your own Dimensional Butterflies

This is actually a technique came to me when a great friend of mine send me a Staz On ink pad! Thanks Lynn! Since Staz On is a solvent ink, it can be use to stamp on any non-porous surfaces.

In my latest tag, I've created three dimensional butterflies out of transparency, vellum and card stock. I've used the solvent ink to stamp my butterfly image onto a transparency and later cut it out. Then I've snipped into each flap of the wings towards the center. Since transparency is rather a hard material, you can easily fold up or down any part of the wing. This will make it look dimensional. To add some details, I've also use a white paint marker to doodle on it and add some crystals to it.

My second dimensional butterfly is made out of vellum. I've stamped and heat embossed a butterfly on a vellum and later cut it out and snipped towards the center too. I've doodled and add some blings too for details. I've also fold up the wings of that butterfly.

Lastly, my third butterfly is created out of card stock. This is the simplest. Just stamped and heat embossed a butterfly on a card stock and cut it out. Later add some details and fold it up.

You can see all the dimensions that three butterflies in the above second picture. Hope you all like this technique.

Best Wishes Fairy Tag

This is a transparency tag that I've just had some fun playing with. I've stamped using various flowers stamps on a pattern paper and later cut it out and paste it on part of the transparency. I've also used the same stamps and some solvent ink (StazOn) to stamp on the transparency. I've added glitter to the fairy image (Tip: I've used my crackle accents (you can use glossy accents too) to seal it so that it won't come off even I use my hand to rub on it), doodled on it and added a rhinestones to it too. I've also added some flowers which I've used the "freshen up your flowers" technique to create some dew drops on it.
