Good Cheer Mail Art

Are you all up for another mixed media fun? For today's post, I would like to share another super fun project with you all. It is an altered mail art with tons of mixed media techniques. The products used on this mail art is by BoBunny and Pentart.

Below are more close-ups on this mail art.

To create the crackled background, I've used some crackle paste and some patina effects mediums. This will create the crackled metallic look on it. I also use some glimmer spray to add some depth in the colors.

I've used several sizes of 3D balls by Pentart to create more interesting dimensions and textures on this mail. Everything is covered in Patina effect products for the metallic look.

Hope you all like this mail art. If you all have any questions on this, feel free to leave a comment below. See you all again soon!

Love ATC with Tutorial

Hello friends! Today, I would like to share another simple project with tutorial. It is a fun mixed media ATC. I've used an acrylic ATC as the base for this project. So now, let's have fun!

Simply follow the steps below.

First, randomly drip some alcohol inks on the acrylic ATC. Use some alcohol blending solution if needed. Try dripping a mixture of alcohol ink colors to create a more interesting effect.

I used an alcohol ink fillable pen and fill it up with some alcohol ink blending solution and use it to doodle on the dried alcohol ink. I've drawn some flowers on it. If needed, clean the pen tip in between your doodling to create more clean strokes.

Then, I use a pearl pen to add some details to the flowers. This adds more colors and dimensions to the ATC.

When everything dries, turn the ATC over and paint some white acrylic paint to the back of the ATC. Let it dry completely. To detail it further, I've also used some glitter paste to decorate the flowers, rub-ons for the

Hope you all have fun with this simple tutorial. You can use these techniques on any of your acrylic embellishments or even art pieces. See you all soon!

Life Is A Journey Layout

Hi everyone! It is a day for me to share another project with you all. This time, I will share a layout which I've done it in three different stages. These layouts shows different levels of difficulties. I've used products by BoBunny to create these layouts.

Below is a collage of the different stages of this layout.

The first layout is a very simple layout where it only involves cut, layering and paste. I've just cut out some images and pieces from the pattern papers and used it to create layers on this layout.

For the second layout, I've added a little some misting, stenciling, stamping and inking to create a more sophisticated layering. I've also used some distressing techniques to create a more harmonious background for this layout.

On the third layout, I've added more details to the layout. For some textures and dimensions, I've added flower, chipboard pieces, brads and dimensional gels. I've also used some foam adhesives to create more dimensions on this layout.

Here are some close-ups.

To wash down the hard colors, I've used some Pentart silver metallic wax paste. This helps to create the faux metal look on the die-cuts and flower.

To create the glass look on the pocket watch, I've used some dimensional gel for the glossy surface look.

Hope you all find some inspirations from this layout and have fun experimenting!

Here are some details on it.

For the textured background, I've used some white gesso. As for the title, I've used some foam adhesives to create dimension. In the close-up below, I've also layer some burlap in between layers to create more textures and dimension.

Check out these textured flowers by Petaloo. They adds so much textures, dimensions and colors to the layout.

Journey Tag Album

Hello friends! It has been a while since my last mini album project that I've shared here with you all. For today's post, I'm going to share a one of a kind mini album. Yes! A tag mini album with pockets.

This is an album with two layers of pockets to insert any number of tag pages that you want. Each tag represents a page in this album. The bigger tags will go into the big pocket on the top and the smaller tags will go into the smaller pocket in the front. I love the concept of this album. You can add anything to it or journal on any tag you like and add it to the album by just inserting it. You can also add small mementos such as tickets, cards and even photographs from your journey.

To create this tag album, I've used pattern papers by MSD and an acrylic expression by Clear Scraps. To add some colors to the acrylic expression, I've used some of the pattern papers and permanent markers.

Besides that, I've also used tons of soft and gorgeous flowers by Petaloo to decorate this tag album. These flowers adds so much dimensions and texture to this album.

Try creating your very own tag album and see you all again soon!
