Storyline ATC (Special Treat - pt 2)

Hi everyone! It's time for storyline ATC (pt 2). Remember, last week's ATC which shows the bird drinking something from a pump? This is the continuing ATC. What is the red liquid? Why did it gave the bird an idea?

I've used a Clear Scraps acrylic ATC and some chippies from Dusty Attic to create this ATC.
