Freedom & Wealth Altered Canvas

This is an altered canvas that I've created using tons of Tim Holtz products.

Below are some close-ups.
I've added some crackle accents in between the metal ornate plates.

These grungeboard hinges had been embossed and inked with distress ink. I've also add a strip of tissue tape around the edges of the canvas.

I've used some grungeboard alphas to form the title. I've inked it and add some glossy accents on top of it.

I've die-cut the cage and the bird using Tim Holtz Alterations "bird cage" die-cut. I've used acrylic for the bird and grungeboard for the cage. I've stamped a crown to add on the bird.

I've used the "Tattered Florals" die-cut to create the flowers. I've inked the edges of each layer and fold in on each petal before attach them together. I've used some accouterments to embellish the middle of the flowers. I've also used some metal foliage. To further detail it, I've applied some distress stickles on it.

Hope you all find this project inspiring. Have a great weekend!
