Sorry everyone! I was going to post this yesterday but I had a little incident with my teeth and ended up going to the dentist. Now I have to chew using the right side of my teeth only for two days. But I'm glad to have it taken care of before my next teaching trip to Singapore!
Anyway, here's my first layout using Swirlydoos May kit, "La vie an Rose". This is a beautiful kit which features the gorgeous pattern papers from Creative Imaginations, Heidi Swapp, TPC and SEI.
I've detailed each flower with distress ink, rhinestone and Stickles.
I've used a flourish masking template with distress ink to mask the flourishes on the background of the layout.
I've stamped some text script using black solvent ink on the bottom left of the layout.
I've cut out only half of the curtain from stage pattern paper and attach it to the right of the layout. I've also detailed it with Stickles.
I've used one of the sticker tag as the title for the layout. I've mat it with a piece of the pattern paper and outline it with Stickles.
I've added a strip of the beaded trim on the bottom of the layout.
Hope you all like this layout and try creating one to celebrate this coming Father's Day! Feel free to try reading this layout using your heart!
