Here are the steps.
1) Get some distress reinkers, mini misters and a chipboard piece. Add a full drop of distress ink into a mini mister and top it up with some water. Shake it well. Spray them randomly onto the chipboard. I've used two different colour distress reinkers in my example above.
2) Use your fingers to flick and drop some water droplets onto the chipboard piece to further distress it using the water distressing technique. When it's completely dry, ink it's edges with distress ink.
3) Use a stamp and some solvent ink to stamp randomly on the chipboard.
This is quite a common technique but I do hope that it will benefit those who had not tried it yet. Hope you all like this technique and give it a go.
