I've been creating these mail arts one after another and very soon, I think I might be addicted to it...lol! Here's my third mail art which I've chose to go with the colour green here.
Here are the steps.
1) Use a pattern paper as the base of the card. Distress the edges and ink it with black soot distress ink. Mask some paper doiley on it using frayed burlap distress ink.
3) Cut out a circle shape from a white card stock and ink it with faded jeans, shabby shutters, pine needles and old paper. Stamp an image on it using frayed burlap distress ink. Then, use the "Water Distressing" technique on it to create the distressed effect.
4) Stamp an image using black solvent ink on another piece of white card stock and distress it's edges with the scissors distressing technique and ink it with frayed burlap distress ink. Paste it to the middle of the circle and add a mini brad on one of it's corner and staple on another.
6) Cut out a vintage Christmas clip art to place it on the upper left corner of the circle. Stamp the title using black solvent ink around the circle.
7) The address box had been stamped on a white card stock and cut it out. Ink the edges using frayed burlap distress ink.
8) Add some crackle accents to add some glossiness and dimensions on part of the clip art.
It has been so much fun creating these mail arts. I'll be featuring Queenscraps Oct kit very soon. So keep an eye for it.

Hi from Oregon, USA. I absolutely l-o-v-e this 'mail art'. However, I am a bit confused. Can you tell me whether these are a type of 'postcard' or are they an 'envelope' in which to place a letter? The ones you've created are beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing these with all of us!
Hi from Oregon, USA. This 'mail' art is so cool. Have just one question. Are these postcards...or are they actually an envelope in which to place a letter? Yours are just fabulous!
Hi,
These Mail Arts are kind of postcards not envelopes. All your messages will be written right behind the card.
